To say that this past year was a rough one would be a severe understatement. We were hit with hardships on several levels, both career wise and personal. And I know 2023 was difficult for so many. I'm an Elder Millennial, don't know if I've ever identified as that so entirely until now, but when things get difficult I only know how to react in one way. I stick my head down and keep working towards my goals. Sounds like Generation X, huh? I also seem to develop a "Can Do" attitude during these times. Think Rosie the Riveter. I'm a natural fixer and become determined to solve the issues at hand. That is pure Millennial. Gen X & Millennial - Such a good combo. Of course I may just be a little biased on that opinion (my husband is Gen-X). Miraculously, I feel hope at the promise of this new year and the things it has in store for us. Now that, that is human.
As far as this business is concerned we have several new things coming this year. Up until this point we have been solely focused on finding pure scents that we love and so do our customers. I feel like we're ready to move forward with that into other fragrance related products. I am also ready to begin rolling out a series of home decor items that I hope you will love. I believe I would describe my decor style as definitely western, but with a nod to glamour. This is representative of our time in the Texas Hill Country. I also have a love for modern, minimal western decor. Bold and classic patterns, minimal and natural colors.
