Shipping Policy
Processing may take a maximum of 5 (five) business days to complete your order. all orders are made to order. i do this for the obvious reason that you may not want an air freshener that's been sitting on my shelf for 6 months. it only makes sense. Business days are considered Monday - Friday only and may exclude any and all major holidays.
Shipping will happen within 5 (five) business days following receipt of payment in full from you, excluding major holidays. at this time, all shipping is done through USps first class mail. First class mail should arrive to you within 1 - 5 business days following shipment. you will receive an email complete with tracking information at the end of the business day on the day your package is handed off to the carrier. i do this in order to avoid any confusion or stress on your part. i myself have received shipping notifications from my purchases only to find out that my item didn't actually ship out until a much later date and I hate it! I refuse to do that to my customers!
Return & Exchange Policy
I gladly accept returns on most items. please contact me within 7 (seven) days of delivery. Ship items back to me within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. i do not accept cancellations, but please contact me as soon as possible if you have any problems with your order. due to the quick nature of my turn around time i can not guarantee that I will see your response in time if you wait too long to contact me.
